TERMS & CONDITIONS

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mrs. Beauty website and any purchase made through it. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability, or to access it using automated means without permission.

Products and information

We work to describe our products, shades and finishes accurately. Screen and lighting differences mean colours may appear slightly different in person. Product information on this site is provided for general purposes and is not medical or dermatological advice. Always review the packaging before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Pricing

All prices are shown in USD. Prices, product availability and promotions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable or an error has occurred — and will refund any amount charged.

Taxes, duties and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are valid for their stated period, may not be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual property

The Mrs. Beauty name, logo, product names, campaign imagery, video, text and site design are the property of Mrs. Beauty and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not resell our products without authorisation, misrepresent the brand, or use our imagery or content to imply endorsement or partnership.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mrs. Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
