Order processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Carriers
Orders may ship through Canada Post or UPS.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates begin after processing, not when the order is placed. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary by destination, carrier conditions, customs or seasonal volume.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed when available. Tracking can take a short time to update after it is created.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If your address was entered incorrectly, email mrsbeautybyfansi@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can only update an address before the order has been dispatched.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. If tracking has not moved for an extended period, or your parcel is marked delivered but missing, email mrsbeautybyfansi@gmail.com with your order number and we will help open an enquiry with the carrier.
Customs and duties
For international orders, customers may be responsible for applicable customs charges, import duties or taxes.
